The workshop and coffee breaks will take place in Room NEF, which is always accessible both from C.I.O.N. building and also from an independent entrance situated next to C.I.O.N. (if unlocked from inside). To reach C.I.O.N. from the Observatory entrance, keep right at the first fork of the road, then C.I.O.N. is the first building that you will find on your right.

Lunch will be served at the restaurant of the Observatory.

Note: the Observatory site is situated on a large portion of a hill (Mt. Gros), so from the entrance to any building and from one building to another you will be always walking up-hill for some time (travel times are usually in the range 5-15 minutes, depending on your climbing skills), so plan your pace accordingly!
